  An attorney is a person who has both the academic qualifications and license to practice. Therefore, to become a Baltimore attorney, you need to have both the academic qualifications and license to practice. Different States have different laws as far as education is concerned, but all of them require that you pass the bar exam so as to practice law in that particular State, in question. Therefore, in order to practice law in Baltimore, you have to pass the bar. It is important to note that everyone is not capable of taking the bar exam. Therefore, in order to take the Bar exam, you need to either have a law degree or to at least have graduated from college.
